flames!

i decided to make a set of magnetic flames for my mini this weekend. $40 in materials from a craft store, some time in illustrator, and some quality time with an x-acto blade later…

    bob – the material, probably available at a nearby art supply store, is called “magnet maker” – white flexible magnetic sheeting. the company that makes it is “the magnet source” and they have a website here: http://www.magnetsource.com

    it looks like you can order sheets and rolls of the stuff of various sizes direct, if you don’t have a local art supply store.
