yep. American Brewmaster (http://www.americanbrewmaster.com/) is where i got the brewer’s yeast, tho the helpful guy at the counter let me know this: you can use significantly cheaper “champagne yeast” to do the same job. i’ll try that on my next batch.
i did also find a recipe that called for the more common baking yeast, but the guy at brewmasters indicated that baking yeast would have some impact on the flavor.
